A new beautiful granny flat come pool house was constructed on-site to complement the existing dwelling.
Positioned perfectly to overlook the large family pool, the new granny flat consisted of one bedroom, living area, kitchenette along with space for a home gym and sauna.
While compact in size compared to the main homestead, no detail was spared in the new dwelling with high-quality finishes and materials used throughout.
From the foundations to the door handles, everything was constructed to a high standard ensuring the end-user, be it the in-laws up for a weekend getaway or the owners relaxing in the sauna after a work-out, experienced the quality and refined finish.
